• Marketing Promotion Field Supervisor
Kualifikasi :
Job Description:
• Monitoring the implementation of promotional activities with the aim of creating demand in both MT – Modern Trade (outlet) and GT – General Trade (Distros & Agents) areas
• Maintenance of promotional materials and merchandise & also Performance evaluation of the Sales Promotion Team (SPB/SPG)
• Develop effective and efficient promotional activities to be applied in the Distro & Agent area through marketing activation activities such as Sampling, Direct selling & Sponsorship
• Develop and strengthen the brand image, either through support events or created events
• Create and plan work or event plans to help Distros & Agents & MT Team to increase Sales
• Coordinate and monitor the achievement of Sales Distros & Agents as well as MT Channel with the Sales Team
Job Requirements :
• Maximum 35 years uld
• Minimum having a Diploma Degree in any major
• Having min. 2 year in the same field
• Have promotion management, team leadership, communication & interpersonal skill
• Have problem sulving skill
• Adaptability
• Familiarity with Sales
• Willing to work in Factory 2 KITIC, Cikarang (2 Times a week) & on the field area (Jabodetabek)
