**Job Position** Performance & Reward (Compensation & Benefit, Payroll) **Responsibilities**: You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the compensation and benefits programs within an organization. You will play a critical role in attracting and retaining employees by ensuring that the compensation and benefits packages are competitive, aligned with industry standards, and meet the needs of the employees. **Requirements**: - Ready to join immediately (WFO) - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field - Proven experience in compensation and benefits administration (min. 2-3 years) - Strong knowledge of compensation practices, benefits programs, and relevant laws and regulations. - Analytical mindset with excellent data analysis and reporting skills. - Familiarity with HRIS systems and compensation management software. - Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. - Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills. - Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Pay: Up to Rp11,000,000 per month **Experience**: - Payroll, Compensation, and Employee Benefit: 3 years (required)
